This project took over a year in development with constant fine tuning the test unit to provide best fitment and function. At first we changed the angle of the vents so circulating air can escape easily. You might now right away but the cover slightly sits higher then stock cover to provide less heat build up underneath for better cooling for those who are planning to track the car. We have collected allot of feedback from our test customer who tracks their CT5 Blackwing and this allowed us to raise the bar in our research and development.
This is a completely Dry Carbon Fiber OEM Style replacement of the factory engine cover. Made 100% from high quality Carbon Fiber & Epoxy for a long lasting shine

Why not wrap your original parts with carbon fiber looking vinyl? Parts that have been wrapped with vinyl will not withstand heat, and coating will fade and change color. After testing the vinyl-wrapping method, peeling and cracking was observed in almost every case.
With real carbon fiber that has been clear-coated, cracking and peeling is no longer a concern. Our inserts are made from authentic carbon fiber, so you know you will have a lasting show-car appearance. We have been designing carbon fiber housings since 2008 with no issues.
