The Build
Each set starts from a used, undamaged OEM headlight in good condition. The build takes roughly two months due to the complexity and attention to detail involved.
- Lenses replaced with a new GTS gloss black trim style
- Projectors upgraded to clear STI-R lenses for a sharper cutoff than the factory frosted lenses
- Panamera Switchback LED 2.0 shrouds custom painted to match, with the factory clear ring behind the 4-LED dots painted over to remove the halo glow effect
- Osram D1S xenon 6000K bulbs added to match the new pure-white DRLs
- Switchback shrouds retain the ability to switch between amber and white
- Upgraded air breathers for better ventilation
Paint Process
Factory chrome is fully sandblasted, primed, and finished with a two-stage black satin coating.
Due to the complexity and time involved, these are built as special orders only — not mass produced. Ideal for GTS/Turbo owners with factory black/chrome headlights who want a fully blacked-out factory look without any chrome shrouds.
